Semi-annual Meeting September 4

Sladky, Director of Como Park Conservatory will be our guest speaker at
the NPBGS semi-annual Meeting to be held on Tuesday, September 4th, 2001
at 7 PM in the NRI Atrium.
Her talk is entitled "Como Park Conservatory,
Past, Present & Future." This illustrated program, including
historic photographs of Como Park, travels from the development of Como
Park and Como Park Conservatory to the present day. Current gardens
and programs of Como Park Conservatory are highlighted. An overview
of Como Park Conservatory and Como Zoo's partnership and $32 million capital
project will be presented.
